Options 2: Compounded Bioidentical Hormone Therapy shipped to you.
- Starting at $155 per month
  - Includes:
    - Management of care.
    - Unlimited follow-ups.
    - Bioidentical compounded hormones (estradiol, testosterone & progesterone) shipped directly to your door. (Pricing subject to change based on increased dosing of medications).
Option 3: Compounded Hormone Pellet Therapy (Subcutaneous Pellets)
- Female pellet Insertion $395
  - Includes:
    - 3-month supply
    - Management of care.
    - Unlimited follow-ups
    - Estrogen and Testosterone available. Progesterone not included. Options for Progesterone include Rx to your preferred pharmacy. May add Compounded Progesterone for additional $40/month
    - Labs required and not included in pricing. Insurance may cover your labs. Ask us how!
