Kick off the New Year with a commitment to prioritize your health and wellness! Join our 30-Day Health Challenge designed to help you feel energized, balanced, and confident.





Challenge Overview

Each week focuses on a different pillar of health:


Week 1: Nutrition Reset

  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

  • Eat 5 services of fruits and vegetables each day.

  • Eliminate OR decrease processed foods and added sugars

Week 2: Move More

  • Aim for at least 7,000 steps daily

  • Stretch for 10 minutes each morning.

  • Aim for 30 minutes of physical activity 5 days a week

Week 3: Balance & Restore

  • Get 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night.

  • Practice mindfulness or meditation for 10 minutes daily.

  • Unplug screens at least 1 hour before bedtime.

Week 4: Build healthy habits

  • Plan and prep healthy meals for the week.

  • Try one new form of exercise or activity.

  • Introduce Vitamin D3 & K2 and Magnesium Glycinate daily.
